Could have been hotter. The breakfast staff did an excellent job. Our room was never cleaned in the 5 days we were there. The reason we chose Residence Inn was for the hot tub and pool and both were out of commission for our entire stay. We enjoyed our suite it was so nice. The entire staff was very friendly.

“Could not ask for a better experience, it’s a brand new hotel but it’s side of 100 year-old previous Bank property.
My room was absolutely amazing, never saw such an amazing bathroom in a hotel room. Everything was spotless, and the bed was beyond uncomfortable.
The lounge felt like something you would find in New York City and they even have a Starbucks with an extensive lounge menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

“The front desk clerk greeted me with “I need your id” in a flat rude tone. I felt very unwelcome. Only to also inform me my room wasn’t ready yet, and it was 6:30pm, I had booked 4hours earlier. The manager Kush, said he would give me a 20% discount but lied. To be fair the room was clean, the morning clerk was great, and the comp breakfast was decent and much appreciated. I can deal with a rude clerk but I can’t tolerate a manager who doesn’t follow through on a refund he promised.”

“We really enjoyed our stay! Beds were super comfortable, check-in quick and easy, Plenty of room for my extended family to visit and spend time together! We traveled with a 4 yr old who enjoyed the video games and a 1 yr old, having a high chair and bassinet available was amazing! Overall house was huge, clean and we enjoyed our time there. We will be back!”
