I spent 2 nights at this Hotel for a short trip in Helen. It’s is about 1 mile from the main strip. This is an older property that could use updating. The staff was very friendly and responded immediately to needs. The overall cleanliness of the place is poor. They have an indoor pool that is heated and a hot tub and both felt wonderful after a long day of walking around Helen, My complaint is that this hotel along with many others in the area charge a rate equal to a 4 star hotel in a major city just because it’s a tourist area. I feel if I am paying that much it should be clean and updated at least. Overall, I would stay there again.

Very dirty room, bathroom was not clean at all. Saw a bug and smelled like smoke. Went down for breakfast 30 minutes before it closed and there was nothing left. Was cheaper than the rest and now I know why

The property was just old definitely needs to be rated as one to two star. The best thing about the property was the heated hot tub and pool, but the hot tub only worked for a little while. Then the pumps turned off so there were no jacks staff was friendly, but the rooms need a full overhaul.

Room itself was clean but outside was a little rough. The pool definitely needs a good cleaning however it wasn't terrible and the kids still enjoyed it. Staff was super nice and our room was clean but beds weren't the comfiest and the room was pretty small. Not sure if we would stay again but the price was good and it definitely wasn't awful.

We had reserved a non-smoking room. When we arrived, we were put into a room that reeked of smoke. The manager said they had just recently done a swap between smoking and non-smoking rooms. They did move us to another room, which was better. The rooms were not very clean. Had stains on the bed covers and bedsheets, and you could clearly tell that the rooms were never thoroughly cleaned with built up dirt and dust in corners, etc.. The only positive to this place was the manager on site was very helpful and understanding.
