“When we arrived the place had not been cleaned from the prior reservation. It was not cleaned until 8:30 that evening. We should have immediately been refunded 1/2 a day as we did not have use of it half the 1st day. The game room was in complete disarray and had not been cleaned either. The dart board was broken and on the ground and the entire place was filthy. Based on the lack of cleanliness of the place and the fact it was not cleaned from the prior reservation we should have been refunded……

“We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The cabin was so cute and well decorated. The property was beautiful and we loved walking down to the creek, grilling on the back deck and spending time in the hot tub. The bed was super comfortable and the cabin had plenty of clean linens and kitchenware. We loved our visit from the dog and cat that stopped by outside to greet us. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, unwind and rest, this cabin is perfect!!”

“The host was very responsive when we messaged him. APP was a bit cumbersome. I had to update and verify my ID too many times. We didn't get the access code until nearly 4:30 when check in was 4:00 because of the verification issue. It's difficult to do when you are traveling and you have already done it multiple times before leaving. It took multiple calls to finally get past the AI assistant and talk to a real person.
