"The Serenity Lofts were a fabulous place to stay when visiting YNP. It is only 25 minutes from West Yellowstone entrance. Having a 2 bedroom 2 bath en suite was perfect for two couples. The place was very clean and updated. The fireplaces throughout is what heats the place and it does it well. We were very comfortable. The reclining sofa and private hot tub were a plus. All the conveniences needed were in the unit. The only few quirks were the pillows on the bed were really flat. Also the shower head is installed 7ft high. So women if you don’t want to get your hair wet bring a shower cap. Putting it up in a bun or clip will not work based on the height of the shower head. Also the tankless hot water heater does not get the shower hot enough. It is not cold by any means just not hot enough. We would definitely return and stay at Serenity Loft."

"We were a group of friends traveling to Yellowstone and stayed at this beautiful lakeside property as our base to going back and forth to West Yellowstone (about half hour drive to W. Yellowstone entrance) The house fit us all perfectly! We enjoyed preparing our meals in the gourmet kitchen. The house was very clean and well-equipped. We also loved the theater room! Communication with Jill on a couple of questions we had was very easy. Highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Yellowstone!"

"We just loved our stay in this cabin. It was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. We were able to spread out.The kids were able to watch tv downstairs and the adults on the main level. We had a bit of trouble with the thermostat at first, so we were really cold for a bit, but we were able to figure it out. The hot tub was clean and the view was beautiful and peaceful. There was pretty much anything in the kitchen you need to make meals, lots of silverware, plates and cups.I honestly don't remember small bowls. There are bowls to prepare food, plus pots, pans, casserole dishes, griddle & a kitchenAid. There isn't a table, but plenty of room to feed everyone. There is one master with a bathroom. There are two more full baths and a half bath. One of the bathrooms has a tub/shower combo. Our friends did say the king bed upstairs was a bit uncomfortable, so they slept on the twin beds the next night. The twin beds look like wagons and are super fun for kiddos. We loved the fireplaces.There was a grill outside and we parked two vehicles easily. We would definitely stay here again."
