“We had the perfect 2-night stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding and staff kept the breakfast buffet spread constantly topped up with a large variety of food. It was a delightful surprise when we were upgraded to a room with the Matterhorn view. The only regret was that our stay was too short to try out the pool facility. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay at Zermatt city centre near the train station.”

“Chambre propre, télévision, climatisation présente chambre propre. Tout est robotisée, déverrouillage de la porte etc. Juste le parking qui n’est pas très instinctif selon moi mais sinon rien à redire”

“Thankfully this wasn’t my first trip to Saas-Fee or I’d never go back…
I’ve been going for more than 10 years and we have a place in the village but needed somewhere bigger to accommodate family.
Topline… the place is well past its sell by date and the interaction with the hosts - Saas Holidays - wasn’t great.
