“The woman who checked us in was extremely nice. Good breakfast. The manager was not very helpful when the toilet kept clogging. He fixed it, but then it wouldn’t flush properly. At check out, he didn’t even offer anything for the inconvenience. I had to say something. He said he couldn’t give us any money back because we booked through Expedia. Instead, he said he could sign us up for Best Western Rewards. The points that he would have given us were a low amount that would take many more stays……
