"Parking was fine and very close to Baylor. When we got to the room, the sheets were stained. Headed to the bathroom and only had two towels and one washcloth even though we indicated 4 people would be staying in that room. Our other room had no shower curtain and when we called for one the staff handed us the curtain and walked away expecting us to hang it ourselves. "

"I drove to Waco from Beaumont, Texas to attend my grand-daughter"s college graduation. After dealing with highway construction, I was too tired to enjoy my normal swimming in a hotel pool. But the hotel room was so clean, so comfortable and so quiet that I slept until Saturday morning. The breakfast was very good bagels, crean cheese, sausage, and a choice of juices plus with fresh fruit."

"our hotel stay was wonderful... It was only for two nights but all was good.. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable... but who decided to stage the room with those horrible small hard pillows, I am so glad i brought mine from home. Those pillows are horrible. Pretty on the bed, but more comfortable on the floor...Hotels can do better than that..."
