“My best friend and I loved staying at the modern downtown condo. It was clean, cozy with games and snacks for us. The owners communicated excellent. The beds were very comfortable and clean and they had sound machines in each room which I appreciated. The home was quiet and easy to navigate. We did a lot of walking to the local shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!”

The host was exceptional—kind, responsive, and incredibly understanding when we had to leave unexpectedly due to a family loss. “This property was perfect! My two friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend. The location was walkable to restaurants and shops, and only a few blocks from The Silos. The condo was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the couch and living area was cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed: coffee, creamer, cooking dishes and utensils, glassware, even olive oil! “The loft was perfect for a quick getaway for our anniversary. The loft was close to the Silos, Magnolia Market, etc. There is the cutest bookstore next door. I really enjoyed the warehouse vibe. The loft was very neat, clean and spacious. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Waco!”

Property was in perfect condition - uber cool and modern. They had it stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of K cup coffee and responded immediately to any questions. It's in a very safe place, and we were able to park in front of building most of the time.Everything was close by, and no matter what time you went somewhere there's absolutely no traffic congestion.We have family that we came to see, and they say this is a great area.We thought the bed was to soft for us.
