"This cottage is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the cute downtown area of Marion. Host had a small box of chocolates from a local shop that was a nice welcome when I arrived. Cottage was clean and primary bed was comfy, however street lights shined in at night but there were blinds in the closet that I presume will be getting hung up to help with that. But the next morning it was repaired and cooled down so we slept comfortably! The house was clean and beds were comfortable. "Booked this last minute for family coming in for a graduation. Great location that is a short drive to any part of CR, Marion, or Hiawatha. Looks to be newly remodeled. Way more spacious than it appears from the outside. Family said it was comfortable for sleeping and gave it a thumbs up. Gorgeous kitchen. Great communication by the owner. Will definitely keep in mind if we need to book a place again."

"The Cozy Cottage is darling and very comfortable! The white and black farmhouse style has lots of great natural light and is a joy to wake up to. The cottage is dog friendly, which is an huge plus. Outside there is a fire pit and the cutest little chickens. We would stay again!"

Beautifully decorated, clean, accommodating and lots of little touches. They thought of everything! The backyard space could not have been better. Several spaces to relax and hang out, space to play cornhole and a fire pit. We will most likely be back in the area over the next several years and hope to stay...

"We stayed here for a weekend away with friends for a Hawkeye football game. Price was fair, owner was easy to reach and responded to questions about places nearby to eat after a long drive. Three bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with linens provided was great for less to pack. Neighborhood is a little run down but don't let that deter you from this home! We would stay here again."
