Let them or me take a picture of contact information for the hotel, pass the page across the counter, or provide any paper to write anything down the information. (There was a printer directly behind her). We scrounged a flyer off the counter & used the back of it to have her dictate the addresses/info to Us. She was also unable to provide us receipts. I now know why this was $116 vs most other hotels in town being 250+ that evening.
