Absolutely the best hotel in Guanajuato, from the front desk staff to the cleaners and spa staff they were all lovely and excellent. Shout out to our housekeeper Vero, she was so kind and prompt every day with great service, this hotel is lucky to have her! I had two massages here too both were excellent, the pool is beautiful and the gym although tiny- could use some weights- is great for a quick workout. We had our laundry done and pressed/ironed in a timely manner and they delivered to our room, overall we had a lovely time and really enjoyed our stay here.
