“The accommodation is good, and the staff service is good.”

“Check in was great, he was very attentive and kind. Checkout was a little weird. Asked for late checkout and was told it was okay but then suddenly I was being yelled at to get out. Room being called etc. Told I only had 5 minutes so I said ok will leave now. Then she started shouting at my Mom who has a heart condition and I was like OK I already told her. It made an already stressful situation worse.”

“I was fooled by the pictures. Upon check-in, they require to zelle cleaing fee. When I finally got inside, I found absolutely nothing lux about this property, no comfort and hospitality. The broken floor welcome me, all 4 beds are broken, only 2 TVs, moldy restroom, zero confort. They left 4 towels for 6 people for 6 nights. I had to request more towels. I had to scoop water fromthe shower to flush in the toilet because water would not drain. Half roll toilet paper was left. If you take……

“A delightful hotel. Wonderful breakfast buffet, vibrant lobby bar and lovely out door areas to enjoy a bite or a drink. While clean and well appointed, we were disappointed to have a room where the a/c wasn’t working. We were offered the opportunity to move, but after unpacking thought it wasn’t worth the effort. Housekeeping should keep up with such things. ”
