The Master bedroom boasts a king bed, a 52" flat screen TV, and a private bath with shower. The Guest bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a twin on the upper level, a 32" flat screen TV, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. The dining room can comfortably seat 6 guests, with 3 additional breakfast bar stools for extra seating. Island Club 1106 also features a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.

The living room provides ample seating and an additional 55" flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead from the living room to the private balcony, which offers stunning views of the ocean.

Guests of Island Club 1106 can take advantage of the 3 terraced pools, a large lagoon for catch and release fishing, a playground, basketball courts, and on-site bike rentals and fitness center. There are also multiple grilling areas, a zero-entry baby pool with a mushroom fountain, and 1 hour per day of free tennis at any of the 9 tennis courts. Please note: 2025 Pool complex area- Weather and Equipment permitting all Pools will be open back up and heated on March 1st, 2025. The Hot Tub, Lap Pool and Kiddy Pool are the Pools that are Heated. The pool complex will start closing down mid November 2025.
