• 6th row Ocean--Stand on the sand in less than 5 minutes.
• Private, fenced heatable pool and gas grill. Dogs welcome, but not in the pool.
• Two master suites, one on each level. All 4 bedrooms each have en suite bath.
• Huge living area plus big dining area and island with stools, plus upstairs TV den.
• Password protected WiFi and 6 LED televisions.
• Open, airy kitchen with stainless appliances including wine fridge, 2 dishwashers, & second full size refrigerator in garage.
• Laundry is a breeze with new, full size front loading washer and dryer.
• Loads of parking plus huge garage- great for bikes and beach stuff.

• Our hallmark? CLEANLINESS! Yes, we’re shouting it out and so are our guests- just read our reviews.
• Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens.
• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Out the front door and less than 5 minutes walk and your toes are in the surf.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.

No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this house.

AYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 29 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival. 14-30 days prior to arrival date you may cancel and receive 50% refund. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

POOL (Heatable): Featuring Baja shallow shelf with water spouts. Great for kids and older folks. Heatable with electricity (cost effective, but ineffective in coldest months of the year). Charge for electric pool heat is  $150.00 for the first day and $50.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable.

Amazing Vacation HHI
Bestnest was extremely helpful from beginning to end when planning our family vacation to HHI. This home is not only beautiful from the outside but even nicer on the inside. It was very clean and the accommodations were outstanding. They provided everything we needed for a great week. I am a stickler for functionality and this place had it all. The only thing I would recommend is asking for teh pool to be heated in advance. I didn’t realize until we arrived that we had to ask for this prior to arriving. Thank you Bestbest!!

Working Visit and Great Stay on HHI
We visited HHI for some warmer temps during winter month. Our stay was a working-visit. We worked remotely from home during the days with no issues or challenges. Location of house made for great lunch-time and dinner-time beach walks. Our two dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard and the great walks all around. Location is very accessible to all the spots on HHI - restaurants and shopping. We will be back for another visit. House has all the kitchen basics to get started.

Fabulous home for our big family!
Absolutely gorgeous home in the Folly Field Beach neighborhood - we came with eight people and had plenty of room to spread out and let the teenagers have their own space upstairs. Management company was communicative and responsive, and we appreciated the little touches that made this a wonderful stay. This home is on our return list for sure!

Fabulous property!
Our group was thrilled with how well this house worked for our group! It is a beautiful space that is thoughtfully pulled together in every way. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of fresh towels, truly a short walk to the beach and a wagon to help carry the chairs, umbrellas, and coolers all provided. The house is laid out in a way that is great for groups or families. Noise didn’t carry at all, so night owls don’t disturb anyone sleeping and early risers don’t have to tiptoe around. Big closets, beautiful bathrooms, the list goes on. Well worth the cost. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

Awesome House
We had an amazing time staying here. We come to HHI a lot but this was our first time renting a house. This house had everything you will need and you really only have to bring clothes and food. I love a house that’s stocked like that. The basket of goodies they left us was a nice touch also. Plus the best part is that we got to bring our fur babies and they loved their treats also. We will definitely book again!

This was our first time using VRBO and we would highly recommend this property. The house was clean, well stocked and so close to the beach. The property was very comfortable for 4 adults and 4 kids and our dog. One toilet was not working great and Beverly sent a plumber right away. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Stay
After much research, we found 5 Periwinkle located minutes from the oceanside beach of Hilton Head. We had a party of 12 and were comfortably accommodated at the house.
