If you are looking for a true beach get away directly on the beach of Hilton Head, this is the place for you . Amazing beach and ocean views and sounds of the waves from the living room and balcony of this villa. There are beautiful and serene views of the ocean and incredible sunrises to enjoy right from your balcony. You are just steps from one of the best sandy beaches on Hilton Head. This villa has a costal feel and decor throughout with an open floor plan, It has 1 bedroom, a pullout sofa and junior size bunkbeds in the common area. The villa has 1 full bath and kitchen essentials. There is an elevator close to your entrance and a laundry room in the building close by.

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers 2 swimming pools including the largest beach front pool on Hilton Head. There are 8 Tennis Courts and 4 Pickleball Courts for guest enjoyment. The resort has a playground, basketball courts, picnic areas with charcoal grills, and bike rentals for family fun!! There are 2 restaurants on site for close by dining or beachside eating.
Golf is close by at Port Royal Resort or Palmetto Dunes Resort. Hilton Head has over 50 miles of bike and walking trails. Make your vacation at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort one you will want to return to year after year. Guests have full access to 2 pools in the resort, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. There is a playground, basketball court, volley ball on the beach and bike rentals at the resort, Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is located directly on the beach and close to shopping, golf, tennis and bike riding.
Some of the best water front restaurants such as Hudson’s Dockside and Fish Camp are a short car ride away.

Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island. There is the Breeze bus for public transportation and shopping and restaurants are an easy drive with plenty of public parking on the island. During the Summer there is a free island trolly. Trolly stop is in front of the resort.

Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay. Please note that chopsticks and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper aren’t included in the reservation.

A fantastic getaway

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay! The room has a lovely view of the ocean and the sights are beautiful! The beach access is very close, and there are also are also multiple pools in close proximity. The staff are quick to respond, and very helpful!

Weekend Getaway

A nice last minute find for the holiday weekend. Perfect size for a couple. The veiw is stunning and access to the beach very easy to get to. Bed was super comfy and good size for adults. The host was available and very easy to communicate with. On site restaurants were lively and good. All in all a wonderful weekend getaway!

Refreshing Beach Time

The apartment accommodated our family of four comfortably and provided us with everything we needed to cook a quick meal. We loved the ocean view!! The gym on the property was a nice way to exercise in an air-conditioned space. The ocean water was enjoyable, warm, and we loved the waves. The bunk beds fitted our kids ok but it might feel too small for older teens.

Beautiful View!

This villa is on admirals row with a beautiful view of the ocean, short walk down to the beach. It was tastefully decorated and clean. The only cons: it doesn't have a dishwasher, the bathroom door opens inward towards the sink (poor design), and one of the two beach chairs was defective. We went out and bought two new beach chairs for our stay, which is something we've never had to do when we rented other villas at the same resort. It was a bit of an inconvenience.

Simple, Clean, and Cozy

We absolutely loved our stay on Admirals Row. Clean, cozy condo on the beach with amazing views. Great restaurants and shopping near by. No traditional oven however, there is a convection/microwave oven, toaster oven, toaster, and range top. I would definitely recommend and will rent again.

THE perfect condo!

From the very second I walked into the condo it smelled so clean and it really was very clean! Very important for me. The kitchen had all I needed to cook every meal. The view is perfect. I was very pleased with this entire experience!

Wonderful beach - where we spent most of our time. Used the gym 3 times - adequate, but small. Good restaurants onsite. Villa was a little cramped even for only 2 people. Liked the overall location. Would consider coming back, but would be careful to get a villa with a king sized bed. Overall great vacation spot.

Great location

The resort has everything you need. The check in was extremely easy and quick. The condo location is perfect. It was so nice to sit on the balcony and watch the waves. The resort is close to pretty much everything. Our 4 year old loved sleeping in the bunk beds. One recommendation though……the bed is on its last leg. That thing is so squeaky and creaks terribly. Just rolling over in the middle of the night would wake us up it was so loud. My husband slept on the couch a couple of nights because it was so loud and uncomfortable. Other than that everything was great!

Great Beach Stay

Me, my wife and our two girls (11 & 12) really enjoyed our stay. The location couldn't have been better. An extremely short walk to the beach, and a gorgeous beach view from the balcony. I was also happy that we were so close to all of the areas of Hilton Head we wanted to visit, and having a kitchenette and fridge was also helpful especially in the morning. The drawback we had was, because our girls are older, only having one bathroom at times became an issue, and the bunk beds, while fun, turned out to be a little tight for our eldest. Also when coming back in the evening, finding a close parking spot was sometimes problematic. Otherwise, I would recommend staying here. The stay was very clean and the owner was very responsive to questions. Overall we had a wonderful trip.
