Our 4th floor 2 Bedroom 2 Bath villa is perfect for your family vacation! You will enjoy the incredible sunrise views from the large balcony.. This villa is cozy and feels like home. Pack your bags and head for the beach. It has a King bed in Master and flat screen TVs in the bedrooms and living room. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the living room has a pull out sofa to easily sleep 6 and not feel cramped. White and bright kitchen with granite counters and, tiled floors throughout.. Enjoy your time and make it a vacation to remember at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort.

Enjoy your own piece of paradise, Put your toes in the sand and splash in the ocean at one of the best white sandy beaches on Hilton Head Island. You can enjoy calming ocean views from the balcony of the villa with your morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine at dinnertime. There is a 2 pools at the resort featuring the largest beach front pool on Hilton Head.
The kids will enjoy the summer fun at the resort with Monday night movies at the pool and fun activities during the week. Hilton Head Beach & Tennis is one of the top vacation resorts on Hilton Head Island with on-site restaurants, beach bar, huge oceanfront pool, tennis, pickle ball courts, playground, surf fishing, and the Atlantic Ocean right there.

There are drinks and food at the poolside cafe, pizza and sports pub are located at conference center. Bike Rentals at the Resort, and the ice cream stand is open seasonal. Lots of public golf nearby, tennis courts and pickleball on site, Largest beach front pool on Hilton Head, work out room and play ground. Washers and Dryers on site in building, and elevator close by. Gated resort 24-hour security and on-site check in..

Hilton Head Island has 50+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island. There is the Breeze bus for public transportation and shopping and restaurants are an easy drive with plenty of public parking on the island.

Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island. There is the Breeze bus for public transportation and shopping and restaurants are an easy drive with plenty of public parking on the island. During the Summer there is a free island trolly. Trolly stop is in front of the resort.

Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay. Please note that chopsticks and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper aren’t included in the reservation.

Excellent location

Property is very clean, has ocean view from the balcony, perfect to watch sunrise. The resort has many amenities and boardwalk to the beach was just behind our building. Was perfect. Property manager communicated everything very clearly and timely. Perfect!

"Clean" is not a word I would use to describe this property

I dont typically leave negative reviews, but I am thoroughly confused by the other reviews of this property. Many state how clean it is, but what i found was a place that needed a serious deep clean. Toothpaste down the front of the bathroom cabinets, stains on every throw pillow, a white skid mark down the seat of the recliner, dirty floors and light switches, filthy shower curtains and walls, and crusty yellowed towels. This was not a quick fix kind of dirty and not something that could have accumulated from 1 previous guest. A hurricane hit halfway through the week and we decided to cut the trip short and get out of there. I asked for a refund for the hurricane days, but was refused because the resort technically didn't "shut down" although no one was there and you wouldn't be able to use the amenities. Either these other reviews were paid to say this place was clean or they're playing an elaborate hoax. There are much better, cleaner places to stay elsewhere on the island.

Great condo with sunrise views

We had a great weeklong stay at this condo. It’s so conveniently located to the beach and right across from a pool. The sunrise views of the ocean are amazing. The condo was very clean. The master bed is very comfortable. The condo game equipped with plenty of beach chairs. We’d definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay.

We loved the room, very clean and beds were comfortable. Great area, close walk to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay. I probably didn't read the full description all the way but be aware there is no washer/dryer in this unit. They have a laundry room on your floor but is 3.00 for the washer and 3.00 for the dryer, so if you need to do that bring change. If you need change you have to go all the way to the check in office and use there machine.

The property was in a great location with quick and easy access to the main road for restaurants, groceries and shopping. The beach was only a steps away. My daughter and I came for a relaxing girls trip and it didn’t disappoint. We both didn’t want our trip to end.

This unit was very clean and had all the amenities we needed! Great ocean view. Convenient parking and easy access to restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and beach! Bed was ver comfortable and enjoyed having 2 recliners in the den!

Great condo!

The unit itself was great! Very clean, Very spacious for a family of 4. King size bed was super comfortable. Water pressure in both showers was pretty terrible but the master bath was literally a trickle and couldn't be used for showering. Bring your own beach supplies, all the chairs were rusted and bulky and the umbrella was unusable. But the location is great, the view was outstanding. Didnt appreciate the extra charges for having somone (who lives in Hilton Head) visit us during the day. We've stayed at the resort 9 times and have never had to pay for him to visit. But all in all a great condo, would definitely stay again if the water pressure was fixed.

Great Spot

Being able to see the water and access the beach where my top two criteria when searching and this place definitely satisfied those things. Easy access to the beach and you can see a good size chunk of the ocean from the balcony. The place was comfortable and had everything that we needed and there's nothing that I would have to complain about. I would have no qualms with renting that unit again.

Mixed bag

Great location. Close to the beach and a pool. Unit had a very good side view of the ocean, was clean and updated. Master bed was comfy, kitchen was well stocked and decor beachy. The resort does not allow electric bikes, but Teslas and e wheel chairs are ok. Go figure. Only knocks were (1) wifi is a slow 50mbps, (2) had to have a seized ceiling fan removed and (3) water pressure in master bath was just a trickle and very annoying. Would go back again.

Right Next to the Beach!

Everything was wonderful on our trip. There was a night of loud neighbors, but that’s not the fault of the owners. Also there were some areas that weren’t cleaned, but that’s not the fault of the owners. Otherwise we felt comfortable and enjoyed the view of the ocean. We will stay there again.

Enjoyed Hilton Head Island

Nice unit, well appointed & pleasantly decorated! Clearly the condo owner cares & wants guests to have a good experience. Facilities were great! Access, parking, 2 pools, separate tennis & pickleball courts, very nice! I feel badly for the owner in that they are relying on LSI Property Management, a disappointment. We had 2 issues: a toilet didn't flush right & a ceiling fan had 2 blades that were falling off, making it unusable. Kudos to the person we 1st spoke with who was responsive & caring. She got right on it & told us maintenance would be out at 8AM the next day. So we got up at 7AM (when we REALLY wanted to sleep in the morning after a 12.5 hour travel day) to be ready for maintenance, who didn't show up until 930 & then didn't fix the fan! We spoke with Chris, the Property Manager, & suggested that a refund might be in order, based on the fact that the fan wasn't fixed &, for most of the 1st day, 3 of us were sharing 1 commode (we paid for a 2BR/2Bath). She argued that it wasn't the loss of a WHOLE bathroom since we could still use the shower. I felt that her comments were insensitive to travel-weary guests & demonstrated poor customer service skills. In the end, we did receive a moderate refund, but the communication directly with the property manager left us disappointed. So...Hilton Head is beautiful!! Condo, 5/5. Facilities, 5/5. Property management & maintenance, 2/5 - which causes us to be on the fence about whether to give it a 2nd chance.
