“Some pet rooms are cleaner than others. I guess this to be expected but I would also expect a deeper cleaning for rooms that need it. Usually have a positive experience here but the last pet room we had was below acceptable standard with a bad odor and damp rug due to blasting AC unit. We did not complain bc it was an overnight stay and we got in pretty late.
Will not deter us bc as I said we usually have a positive experience here! The staff are ALWAYS friendly and pleasant, and the breakfast……
