“We stayed seven days at the Shimmering waters at the Lagoons it was exactly as pictured the views were awesome enjoying the beautiful sunrise from the master bedroom balcony. The staff was attentive &the food was delicious. We loved the pool.& the floating breakfast. The only downside was we weren't able to wash our own clothes although the staff did take care of it for us. Would definitely stay again when visiting Jamaica ”

“This property was a scam and expedia was of no assistance in helping me get my money back. From before I reached Jamaica I contacted expedia to let them know I was unable to get in contact with the property. I did not have access to the property and yet expedia sees no issue with taking my money to give to these scammers.”

“The staff truly makes this property the best! A huge thanks to Christina, BJ, Samantha, Michelle Deanna and Cleveland. BJ was incredible with the kids. He found so many sea creatures for us and had a ton of knowledge. We also appreciated the hot coffee waiting for us every morning! Christina is a fabulous chef! We never went hungry. Some of our favorites were her jerk chicken and sauce, oxtail stew, coconut shrimp, festivals and banana bread. Give her leeway to cook what she wants and you won't...
