“Breakfast food was cold ”

“Check-in was smooth. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was standard continental fare. However, the room was a bit in the noisy side; loud vehicles, neighboring rooms, and rooms above were easily heard throughout the stay. For what I paid, my stay met my expectations. I would stay again, if traveling through for an evening.”

“Price was right and the property is close to a nice park overlooking the reservoir. It is pretty much what you’d expect in this price range. Continental breakfast would be better if they provided some fruit, yogurt, and juice. Everything worked fine and the room was clean. The large TV and DirectTV was nice.”

“The room was not very clean. I opened up the couch bed and it was full of crumbs and wrappers. The floor was dirty and the soap and shower wash smelled pretty badly.”

“Your book g process was terrible. The night we were going to stay was full and they charged us for a July stay, but we were already home. I did not stay there!”

“Very clean and quiet. When we checked it, there was mention of a complimentary breakfast. We inquired about the breakfast, and the desk staff explained that this hotel is mainly a longer term, so breakfast was no included. We didn't consider this to be a significant issue because there are numerous locations nearby where we could get breakfast.”

“Stayed here with extended family with an adjoining room. The room had been hurriedly cleaned as there were still clearly uncleaned things (toothpaste on the bathroom wall, behind the beds). It looks as if they are trying to renovate or have done some parts as the room looked recently redone but the main public spaces were pretty run down. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Exterior doors to the hotel did not close on their own and unfortunately our room door was able to be pushed open even when……
