We’ve stayed here several times while visiting my son at SUNY Brockport. Always greeted with a smile, get a great size and clean room and enjoy the hot breakfast. Highly recommend!!

Convenient location, near lots of food options and shopping plazas. Very pet friendly. They were so welcoming to both my family and our dog. Always gave her treats and lots of love when we brought her down to the lobby.

Everyone here has been wonderful, especially the front desk staff. I’m here for work and they’ve even gone so far as to take my service dog out for me.

The hotel was in a cute old building directly in the middle of the village of Medina, NY. It was a very small hotel, comprising of only about 6 rooms on the third floor (from what we could see). The room was clean and modern, with a few mid-century pieces of furniture to give it a comfortable feel. The neighboring church bells rang fairly often, but wasn't unpleasant. A few things surprised us though. Check-in was a text message, and there is no front desk. We didn't ever need any service or...

The staff was extremely friendly and personable. The hotel room was clean, very spacious and modern. The shower has great water pressure and two shower heads. Breakfast in the morning was great. We were happy with everything. We will absolutely stay here again.

I love staying there. So close to everything especially the mall. I can walk to my favorite restaurant and the staff is friendly and attentive. The free breakfast is good as well. Unfortunately my daughter is graduating and I won't have many if any opportunities to stay there. They have served me well for 4 years. I have no complaints.

Friendly staff, nice room and amenities minus heater in pool not working properly, decent breakfast, overall very pleasant experience and we’d come back : )
