“Loved the location in Hollywood within walking distance to restaurants, stores, and sights. The place itself is in a beautiful and safe building. There were many amenities provided and the decor was beautiful! In unit Laundry was not accessible unfortunately and had to provide late check in fee even though the listing did not state this. However, Would definitely recommend this stay!”

“The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock.……

“I’ve stayed in the units provided by this host for several years now on and off. Great location and fully equipped, The host is super responsive, friendly and flexible. Easy checkin and checkout. Good value.”

“Overall, it was a good stay. Communication with owner was good and she was quick to reply to all questions and concerns throughout the stay. The size of the place and amenities were perfect for what we needed. However, cleanliness could be greatly improved. The yellow couch in the living room was very stained and there was debris all over the floor throughout the apartment, which made the stay feel uninviting and slightly uncomfortable. I ended up bringing in a blanket from my car to place over……

“The host Matthew was very accommodating and responsive. We had to delay our trip a week because of the wildfires and he worked with us. The apartment was clean and as advertised. The location was convenient with access to Hollywood and West Hollywood restaurants and things to do. We used it as a base to take several day trips which worked out great. The tandom parking was also welcome since our daughter lives nearby. The only thing we were disappointed in was the gym but we found an LA Fitness……

“I will start with the positive information. The location was good--walking distance to Melrose Street and Santa Monica Avenue. There was a place for parking, although it was a tight squeeze and I would suggest having a smaller car. The kitchen was fine, with relatively new appliances. The shower was great--nice and strong. The bed was comfortable and clean. When we arrived and walked in, it was warm and humid. The stench of cat was awful. There was only an air conditioner in the living room……

"Room: clean, quite new Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "
