“The property was as advertised. The communication from the host about how to find, access the building and available amenities was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped and beach towels, chairs and umbrella were also available. Great location with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and the beaches. ”

“The place was pretty good, but it's on the 3rd floor with no elevator. It was not clear in the ad that there wasn't an elevator or I would not have booked this unit. I am disabled so this made the stay a lot less enjoyable. ”

“Great location to experience a beach town experience walking to a variety of food, bars and local places. Enjoyed each evening walking to a different place for a cocktail and either back to the condo for dinner or dinner overlooking the water at a local place Not a White Lotus area and some buildings are a little tired. But well worth the stay ”

“As you can see, the sunsets from the lanai are amazing. Stephanie's condo fit the bill for our vacation. Bed was super comfy, kitchen adequately supplied. Didnt even turn on the television and only used the AC once. Every room was spotless. My husband and i were the only guests but we had friends staying in two other condos. Needless to say, we spent alot of time in the pool and BBQ area. Kona Reef is perfect for that!”

“We loved this place! The view of the water and the sunset is amazing. The condo was mostly quiet. This unit overlooks the pool so there is playful pool sound most of the day, but after the pool closes at 9, it’s all pretty quiet. We had a few minor issues and the property management team was very responsive. It’s a nice place and nicely maintained but it is a beach house so there are little things like a sticky screen door and some rust on some things that are just part of being right next to……

“The unit is clean and well supplied. The location, just off the main road is quiet and makes for an easy walk to town, shopping, restaurants or the beach. The balcony is above the pool and overlooks a popular surfing spot. I would recommend it to friends and would book it again when we return.”
