"This is a great place for families with children. It is not luxurious, but it is nice and comfortable. The place is nicely furnished. The location at Magic Sands Beach is good. The community pool, jacuzzi, pool table, sauna, and outdoor dining areas are very nice for the whole family."

"There was a key code situation that never got resolved. We had to Leave the door unlocked cause we thought if it locked we would be out on the street for the night. Pool was good. Price cheap but the key thing a real problem. Not fancy for sure"

"A wonderfully clean and spacious condo close to the heart of Kona. The lanai was perfect for spending some down time on while still being able to enjoy the warm weather and ocean sounds. There is also a great view of the sunset from the pool area! Loved our stay here :)"

"View was fantastic. Watched surfers each morning. Convenient to have parking, laundry, and pool. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc. Really thoughtful to provide beach towels, body boards, etc. Few minor issues: carpet stains, dishwasher panel kept falling off, one door to lanai did not lock. Some trouble reaching the property manager when we first arrived and couldn't unlock the main door. "
