"This was by far the best stay I had on my entire trip! Tucked away in the cutest little village, this perfect gem has all the charm and feel of the island. You can truly see the care put into every detail of the interior, making the entire stay feel warm, authentic, and inviting. My favorite part was hearing the frogs at night. I opened the windows, listened to the sounds of the island, and had one of the most peaceful nights of sleep on the entire trip. I will definitely be back! If you’re visiting Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park, I highly recommend staying at this charming little Chalet Kilauea. You won’t be disappointed!"

"From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed. The room was great and spacious. It does get cold at night, but there is a portable heater in the room. The staff was literally a text away. This really is a retreat and sanctuary for the people who embrace it as such, providing a welcome escape from daily distractions and positive healing energy for those who need it - whether they consciously realize it or not. We highly recommend planning for an extended stay here in order to fully enjoy the impact of its caretakers and energy on your mind, body, heart, and soul."

"My family stayed at 'The Aloha Green House' Retreat w/ Ocean Views! at of our recent vacation on the Big Island, and we had an amazing visit! The location is amazing—complete with beautiful views of the ocean—which was especially nice in the morning as we were getting started with our day. On a clear night, it would also be a fantastic spot to star gaze. The space is beautifully furnished, meticulously maintained, and had everything our family of four could have wanted or needed. We made great use of the beach towels, chairs, mat, and toys. There were also lawn games and toys, which we didn't really use, but it was nice to know that our host thought to provide them. The kitchen was very nicely stocked. So, overall it was a 5 star experience for our family and we would visit again in a heartbeat! I can envision that this would also be a great spot for a romantic getaway. Honestly, we were sad that we didn't get to spend as much time in the space as we would have liked. We would have loved to have had a "down day" to spend and just enjoy the space."
