“Very convenient location. There’s a popular poke spot right next to the building. Easy access to the beach. Only 10mins drive to grocery stores/restaurants. The unit is very clean. I like that they have a washer and dryer in the unit. It is somewhat noisy at night because the window is facing the street. But I sleep with earplugs anyways so that’s not a problem to me. There are a couple floating boards in the closet for us to use but there are no beach towels. I did see some beach chairs at the……

“A great deal and situated on Alicia drive south of the Kailua-Kona nightlife district. The place was clean and comfortable and very attractively priced. Definitely the Hawaiian Hale experience! The landlord was very nice and obviously invested in our having a pleasant stay. To access the unit younger to climb a stairwell - don't rent this unit if you are unable to handle stairwells or have small (mobile not babies!) children. Perfect for a couple!
