“This is a fantastic property where we spent a 5-day family getaway. The unit is spacious, clean, fully equipped overlooking a beautiful golf court. Shops, grocery store and restaurants are within walking distance. About 10-30 minutes to any of the well-known beaches. It will take about 2 to 2.5 hours to go to the volcano. Overall, we really enjoyed the place. Definitely will consider staying there again. ”

“Great communication with Host. Very thorough with instructions and we appreciated the beach items: towels, chairs, small ice chest, noodles etc. Also, a very nice stocked kitchen: pot, pans, etc. Overall a very nice place to relax.”

“The condo is a little dated, as accurately shown in the listing pictures, but hey you’re in Hawaii! Go outside. The view is gorgeous. We saw a couple whales from the lanai, and slept to the sound of waves just 30-40 feet from the lanai. Arllen was very responsive to our questions. The location is conveniently near lots of things within a few miles in either direction. I can’t speak to the pool or hot tub as we didn’t use them. But, both looked well maintained and clean. ”

“This was a great location. Going to sleep and waking up to the ocean was amazing. Saying this is an “ocean view “ is an understatement. I like the location just out side the most touristy area of Kona but still a few min drive away was nice. I don’t like having to deal with drunk partiers in the middle of the night, and at this location we had none of that. Everyone on the complex was just normal friendly people. Banyans, a local surf spot is right outside the window, which we enjoyed watching...
