“Absolutely loved the property! Very close walking distance to so many businesses and beaches. The room itself was beautifully prepared and had a lovely view of the ocean. I wish I had more time to stay, I would have dedicated a day just to relax in the room.”

“This was a great place to stay! We were here for 6 nights and had a really amazing stay. There was onsite parking (which is huge), and it was very easy to find a parking spot.The location is in the middle of all of the Kona buzz, which made it easy for us to walk around when we stayed in town. The Farmer’s Market was less than a 5 minute walk, and Safeway, Walmart, and Target were all quite easy to get to. “This property was wonderful. We have stayed at Kona Plaza before and love the location. It is also surprisingly quiet for being right in town. The lanai is wonderful and so relaxing. It exceeded our expectations regarding supplies - all the condiments we needed and never had to purchase more paper towels or toilet paper. “A wonderfully clean and spacious condo close to the heart of Kona. The lanai was perfect for spending some down time on while still being able to enjoy the warm weather and ocean sounds. There is also a great view of the sunset from the pool area! Loved our stay here :)”

“Positive: enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean, property, proximity to shops, walkability, pool and hot tub, beds pretty comfortable. Room ok for a place to crash after a day of enjoying Hawaii vibes. Criticism: initial communication fine, happy to secure our booking but communication after that was very poor. Attempted to add a night, was willing to change rooms due to availability issues but she just never followed up after multiple attempts so I had to go to another host down……

“We had a glitch with the lock but the owner was quick to respond to my phone call to give us the combo for the manual key, which I appreciated very much. The second bed was very small, the removable shower head line was leaking badly. The stove top and oven were dirty and the fan was also dirty. There was no complimentary coffee. ”
