Fabulous! Amazing views, across the street from the beach, close to all the shops and restaurants of Waikiki but near the end of the strip so away from all the noise and commotion. Immaculately clean throughout. Every single employee, from the super nice front desk people to the super friendly and phenomenal housekeeping staff, are truly exceptional. Will definitely stay here again.

I liked how everything was so easy to get to since the hotel is right there in the middle of everything. Can walk right there to the beach and zoo and had so many options when it came to dinner. would definitely recommend staying there

Our experience was amazing. We decided to get the pool level room which was great for our 3 kids. Close to shopping, the beach and activities for all. The ABC stores may have been too close, as it was a daily temptation for a quick "toy shopping" for the kids downstairs :) The staff is amazing and definitely make the experience very enjoyable. Recommended and we will be back!

The parking/valet service was quite expensive compared to other options in the area. While it would have been more convenient to park at the accommodation, the higher cost made us opt for cheaper alternatives nearby.

Enjoyed our stay and liked that it is just steps away from the beautiful beach including a section of the beach that is sectioned off and is like a big pool that is not deep. Staff is friendly and a lot of conveniences on the property (restaurants, ABC store, beach/pool accessories, fresh coffee ready early). I just wish we would have been in a room with a balcony with some privacy.

The staff were friendly and always willing to assist you. The location was very close to the beach. It was nice to be a bit farther away from the congestion and crowds of Waikiki, yet only a few minutes walk when you want to get there.

I didn’t like that they wouldn’t offer a free toll on bed. I tell them that I had book for 6 people and at the moment when I book it it said one bedroom with two beds and one bedroom with a king bed. And somehow when I got there the reservation it was for two single beds rooms. I explain to them how I book it and they didn’t care they said I needed to pay extra for roll on beds. And they new the reservation it was for 6 people how could they didn’t understand and offer free roll un beds
