Old carbon monoxide alarm are a problem with alarm going off at 2am aparently this is due to 2011 old wiring its a fault staff know about and pass off lightly as oh it maybe dust.
we turned off air con as a precaution not great for the price paid.
Restaurant staff were lovely as was the food overall nice stay that could of been great but hotel is showing its age and is in need of refurn in places

Had a great stay in the heart of Birmingham. Key collection was easy - from a local shop and car parking was secure on site. The apartment was modern and clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of places to visit and restaurants all in walking distance.
