“The room was super dirty, hair everywhere in the bathroom and mold all across the top of the shower. There was even mold on the picture hanging in the bathroom. Bed linens had stains all over them. The ac barely worked. The pool was in very bad condition the railings are hanging on by a thread. The breakfast is what you expect for a hotel. The facilities really needs some upgrades.”

“Hotel staff was great, only things I saw was carpeted areas such as stairwells and hallways were stained in areas. Also, the bed like most hotels now it appears are not comfortable, it felt like I and my wife was sleeping on boxes.”

“Good hotel room, loved the jacuzzi room. the juice machine had strange thick juice and the waffle machine was not working. Not great breakfast area and out of coffee the second day. Staff was nice and tried to fix the water dispenser.”

“I was very comfortable. It was quiet it's cute it has a very easy check-in and out process. It is very close to downtown but yet off enough to not be too busy of a surrounding.And it is close to gas stations and stores for things that I needed. I definitely recommend and look forward to my next stay”

“The husband and wife team of proprietors were some of the sweetest and loving people we’ve ever met. We were right on several trail heads for Hot Spring National Park and steps away from Bath House Row. If we return to Hot Springs we would stay at Happy Hollow - and my husband says that’s a lot coming from me. Ps - the give the best local suggestions too!”
