“This house was the perfect get away house for out family! The place was clean and the kitchen well stocked! We had wonderful large family dinners and enjoyed heading into town for meals and fun too. We had the best hikes with are wonderful dog that we got to include, it was a very special week. Great location and the most peaceful and amazing views from the deck and the dock. Would stay here again for sure! Thank you for sharing your home.”

“Modern and extremely clean. Every amenity worked and was in great shape. We used the fire pit, grill, kayaks, canoe, and hot tub without any problems. Well stocked kitchen with place settings and extra spices etc. Super easy check-in. And host quickly responded to any questions. Everything was perfect!”

“It was the short weekend runaway we needed and were looking forward to. It's a quick ride to Pittsfield but we decided to cross the border to Manchester, VT. The place was as described, quiet, clean, secluded but easy to find. The Lake was fantastic but, due to weather, decided against taking the kayaks out. Perhaps next time. “This was one of my favorite stays in berkshire county. I have been up there no less than 7 times and I thoroughly enjoyed the Stargazer Farm. My wife and I had an epically romantic weekend complete with a roaring wood fire, thunderstorm, and homecooked meal. We stayed in all day and sat by the fire while listening to classical music and surrounded by interesting antiques to reflect the mood. “Proximity to Catamount was ideal. Short drive to Great Barrington. The place was nice and sunny, and very comfortable. The mud room was fantastic for stowing gear and dressing in ski clothes. Overall, a very nice property. ”

“Easy walk to town. Enjoyment limited by construction and blasting at both ends of Housatonic. No bedroom on ground floor; steep stairs to bedrooms. Four roomy upstairs bedrooms. Well appointed kitchen. Shana very helpful in addressing minor needs. Window frames need cleaning; some windows on back porch very hard to open.”

“Lovely home. Plenty of room for all of us (11 adults, 2 children). Generally very clean. Plenty of cooking materials, linens, etc. T.v. with huge screen. Two kitchens plus bbq grill. Nice location. Negatives: - Stove tops and oven were not clean. Oven smoked when we first turned it on and the smoke alarm did not go off. - No AC. Fans were fine for us in May but it might be warm in August.Overall, we had a great time. We would stay at this house again. ”
