I arrived at the hotel to check in and was told by the clerk Janea’ that our booking could not be completed because they did not accept my dogs weight capacity. Prior to booking my stay I called the hotel to ensure it would be okay for my dog and the gentleman that answered the phone said yes. To arrive to the hotel the day of our stay and be denied and have to find a hotel that very day was ridiculous. The young lady was not empathetic but rather rude. She even stated she would have her manger David to follow up with me and no one has yet to follow up. Not to mention she stated she would send over a request to Expedia so that we would be refunded being as services was denied. Here it is three days later and Expedia stated the hotel said I could not get a refund now I’m having to dispute this incident with my back. Even after I requested a print out from the girl for a refund and she would not give it to me. Despite reading the negative reviews I decided to continue my booking and I wish I wouldn’t have!

The property itself was great! The lobby was elegant and well kept. However, the amenities like the pool were closed. Lastly, the beds can use some upgrading as they are of low quality. Aside from that, it was a nice stay and I would recommend!

Arrived at hotel everything was pitch black. Someone came to door said they couldn’t check me in due to power outage we came all the way from Chicago we were strained hotel less with now where to go. Called next morning at 9 AM sharp to see if our room was now available lady who answered said no we canceled your reservation and we are now booked never received a refund an apology nothing
