Beautiful, spacious, and clean house. 2,668 sqft of living area. Excellent for a family vacation. 3 bedrooms 2 full and a half bath. All three bedrooms are upstairs. Master bedroom, family room, and living room with a smart TV. The three-bedroom has bedside tables and cozy bedding. Washer and dryer.

In the full kitchen, you'll have a refrigerator, gas range/ oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, and all the dishes, silverware, and glasses you'll need. Breakfast table for six, as well as in the dining room.

Large backyard. Small gatherings or parties are allowed with previous owner approval.

Located 20 minutes from City Center, 23 minutes from Katy Mills Mall, and 38 minutes from Downtown Houston.
