The property was clean and in a great location. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The biggest disappointment was the pool was out of order, and it was one of the reasons I chose to stay here. Other then that we had a very nice a peaceful stay.

I suggest you have a designated parking for motorcycles. For two nights in a row those motorcycles parked right outside our windows and woke us up. Motorcycles are notoriously LOUD. Tired travelers don’t need to be startled from an exhausted sleep. Otherwise, your hotel is safe and comfortable. There’s a lot of places to walk over to eat and shop! Great location 👍

The Good: The property is clean, rooms are large, the beds comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good area, 15 mins from Katy Mills. The Bad: There’s a $50 deposit/charge for “damages and incidentals” that isn’t mentioned at booking, (only at check-in and takes 5 days to come off) and they don’t refill breakfast items from the Free Buffet. Also, pool is in-door and unseated, literally freezing cold. Good value for the price if you just need a good, clean room to sleep.

We arrived and checked in after a long drive. Jay was helpful in accommodating our request for a first floor room and gave suggestions for fining in the area. The room was perfect to relax in after our swim. Morning was started off right with the breakfast provided by the hotel. If I’m in Katy, Texas again….i will be staying at Comfort Inn!
