We arrived at the hotel to check in on the 10th July for 2 nights. Due to Hurricane Beryl the hotel had no power so we had to find an alternative hotel. The hotel has now gone ahead and charged us not only for the stay they couldn't provide but increased their charges.

blood on sheets, house keeping is also the shuttle driver, asked around 6pm to change sheets, asked again around 8pm and then asked again around 10:30pm, nothing was done. The Wifi was also down, no fix.

I needed a place to stay as we were going to the Philippine Embassy the following day. Took only about 20mins for us to get there from here. Loved that my dogs we're welcomed and that they had a designated area for them to relieve themselves. What I didn't appreciate was that ..I had gotten rooms with free breakfast included -and ended up having to pay for them while we were there. I inquired about it and was told my rooms did not have free breakfast. Please be transparent about this on your booking!

I didn’t like the noise, it was out dated. The coffee maker was wasn’t assessable. No counter space and refrigerator was small. There was only one set of towels. I had requested towels 4 of the 5 day stay. I stayed at better Hiltons than the one in Sugarland.

The hotel is in a nice area, with stores and restaurants around to make it easy. Room was clean, bed comfortable, had good room amenities (shampoo etc) On the downside, they don’t have a free breakfast. The room a/c was not working properly, although overall the hotel had good temperature, the room at time would be too warm
