The pool was no longer usable and I was placed in the back of the property with and easily scaled fence. People hanging outside the rooms at all hours lighting was dim,the AC unit was actually crooked, but the shower broke me. The shower lever spun free without the water turning on and when it did catch you had no clue what temp the water was til it burned you. One night? Maybe but I had booked for 6 so I left as soon as I found anywhere else. Staff was understanding and didn't debate the state of the room. Even told me how to apply for the refund right there so they could approve it. I can appreciate the accountability shown there. It just is a bad motel that I wouldn’t even recommend to homeless people.
