"Immaculate rooms, hallways, and lobby spaces. The coffee and lemonade bar in the lobby was fantastic. Quite a selection of flavored syrups for each. "

"One night stay, I booked 2 rooms for myself, and the grands. The kids loved the pool area, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean."

"Everything was great but pool wasn't open. Only place around with a pool and a pool is very important with kids who are looking forward to it to arrive with no warning that it was out of service."

"There was no power and it was too late to book elsewhere. We were in town for a conference so it was a quick trip but we booked here for the breakfast. There was no breakfast other than some fruit on a table. Understandable since there was no power however, they did not offer us any compensation. The heat wore off and some of our group asked for more blankets, no staff came and brought blankets or snacks or drinks to make the accommodations better since there was no lighting, no vending, no elevator. Very odd. You would think the manager would be there making sure those stuck there were still taken care of to the best of their ability. I did message the hotel regarding this directly. "

"Unfortunately they had a power outage when we arrived and then no hot water because of the issue caused from the power outage. The stag was very nice very clean facility "

"The room was very clean, newly remodeled. Don’t judge the looks of the outside property to the rooms inside. For the price, it was nice place to stay in the area. "

"The breakfast was great. Didn't get to experience any amenities due to 13 hour power outage. The manager helped us call our booking company and get us a refund. Great staff support!"
