“Very bad hotel…. Every thing is falling a part…. Terrible maintenance…. Furniture old and obsolete …. I rent the room at Laguna Hotel Bacalar for 5 days…. I did not stayed there…. Only for a few minutes…. I grab my belongings and I left to rent another room some where else near by (Casa Arabe) I don’t understand how the City authorities allowed the hotel to operate under this circumstances…. I paid a lot for this hotel that is not worthed…. I don’t know how Expedia is willing to rent rooms for……
