“I very rarely complain, I was looking forward to staying at the hotel. When we arrived it was late and the lobby, empty, was fairly dark (which I understand given the time frame), it took fairly long awhile for someone to come to the front desk. I rang the desk bell a few times until eventually someone came. I understand that the hotel is older but the rooms were filthy (more so the bathroom), just dirty. We went for breakfast in the am that was suppose to be open until nine and we arrived at……

“Booked this for our daughter and grandkids. Room smelled like stale smoke and musty. They were on the first floor away from the pool so it wasn’t because of the pool. The staff was very nice checking them in though.”
