“The whole place could use a very very deep clean. The lock to my door didn't work, so I couldn't leave anything in the room to get food places. Even after bringing it up, they didn't want to accommodate me with a room with a working lock. And by working lock, I mean you can physically enter the room without a key card. Since they're pet friendly get ready to see all the leftover pet stains, under UV the place looks like a Jackson Pollock painting. High touch surfaces not cleaned.”

“Toilet had difficulty flushing; stayed with a dog and had to pay separately. The breakfast was not good; coffee ran out. ”

“Facility was clean, staff was great. I had an issue with the hair dryer in my room not working, and a staff member went out of her way to find another one for me. I appreciated that! The pool looked cloudy so I didn't swim so that was a bit of a disappointment. Overall, great stay.”

“The AC wasn’t working in room 121. The night shift guy tried to convince me that it was. I told him it would be okay until morning as it was a cool night. The next morning someone else was at the desk and didn’t have a clue about my situation. He did move us to room 112. That night I came back for a shower. There was no hot water. The night guy was back. He said there was nothing he could do until the plumber got there the next morning. I have stayed here several times and have been happy with……
