"Starting with check in. I called a number I found on the front desk 3 times before a group of employees walked down the hall and I asked one of them to check me in. He seemed annoyed hecouldnt stay with the group and keep chatting and had to work. We stayed for 4 days. Each day we took the kids to swim atleast once. They always said the towels were being washed and to use our room towels. Even when we went as soon as the pool opened in the mornings and stopped atthe desk before we got in. We had to beg for new room towels on the night of day 2. There were 4 of us in a room with 3 towels. We were also told there was not a spare blanket or sheet in the entire hotel. Most mornings breakfast pans were all but empty and again our group went between 6:15-8am. Our bathroom smelled heavily of pot when we first walked in the door and took 2 days to dissipate. It was like the staff had smoked in it while "cleaning it." We had 4 rooms. One of the other rooms smelled of rotten meat the entire time. We come to Muskogee often but have never stayed here and never will again."
