“The house is beautiful and has all the appliances you could ever use. It had coffee and filters stocked in the pantry. Sheets and towels were high quality. There is a 50 charge to use the hot tub which was not stated in the description. The road coming into the property is very steep and luckily my SUV had 4 wheel drive for easy access.”

“For the 3rd summer in a row we had a wonderful family vacation at your house! The new dock was enjoyed immensely by all! Feedback regarding negatives were that the house had a lot of dust, new kitchen stove and oven is needed (bottom oven still does not work), new fan is needed for screened in porch, and a new mattress is definitely needed in the 2nd bedroom in the basement (larger bed has smaller mattresses stacked underneath and is very uncomfortable). We will say that the positives were...

“Nestled in the serene mountains of the Shenandoah Valley, this beautiful cabin provided a peaceful retreat. Within a half-hour’s drive, we were able to explore the northern and central regions of the National Park. The owner was incredibly responsive to our questions and provided quick answers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this cabin for future stays.”

“I've stayed at quite a few rentals and hotels, and this is my favorite. It's definitely a bit off the grid, which makes it all the more private and charming. The views are breathtaking, and the layout of the house is perfect for a family...but it'd be lovely for a couple's or solo retreat, too! Our visit included three adults and two kids (10 and 12), but I appreciate that there are baby gates, a pack n play, and a high chair for guests with younger children. My kiddos especially loved the air...

“Check-in and checkout was flawless. Cabin was amazing and has everything you need to be comfortable from the kitchen amenities to bathroom to laundry! Views are breath taking!! Will be staying again in the future! I will say an SUV did make it easy to get up and down the mountain, no paved roads all dirt. Great waterfall hike nearby as well!! Family enjoyed our get away. 10 out of 10 would stay here all over again! ”
