I stayed for an entire week at this hotel and I give it a 4 star rating. The daily maid service and the breakfast were very good. The king sized bed was comfortable. The other thing I really liked about this hotel was the bathroom layout - plenty of room to move around. The one annoying drawback was the crazy loud fan in there but that was the only real negative. Nice place mostly very friendly staff and yes I would stay there again.

It’s a basic/average hotel, if that’s what you’re looking for just to sleep and nothing fancy then it’s perfect. Our family enjoyed it and the beds were comfortable. Hotel was clean but can use a little updating. The free breakfast is a 1.5 though.

The rooms were great! Beds were comfy. Bathrooms are large! There was a SICK kid in the dining hall each morning, COUGHING ON ALL THE FOOD, not covering his mouth, parents not caring. When I asked the front desk clerk if she could talk to his parents, she shrugged her shoulders and told me that I could eat outside. Other than her, the staff was great. The elevator was shut down for a part of the evening for an hour or two, but it wasn't terrible using the stairs.

The location of this hotel was perfect. However, upon checkin in the receptionist (Areli) was very unprofessional. She was loudly speaking poorly of other customers and staff. Saying things like, “puto cuarto, pendejadas, pinche gente”. It was very obvious she was gossiping with the housekeepers. The room was also rundown. The shower head was not working and the deadbolt was pulled off the wall. I felt like it was a place you would get bedbugs. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel.

Overall my staybwas excellent. Would like to see a little better fitness center as this one is really small. Also wasnt fond of the simming pool being across the parking lot behind a fast food restaurant. Staff was excellent. Was there for a week. The yound lady that checked me out remembered me from.monday and even remembered my room number. A little personal touch. First floor rooms facin parking lot is not as quiet as i would exoect as you can hear anyone talking etc. None of which would keep me from frequenting this establishment again.

I loved the staff they were really friendly; the room was clean however the sofa bed was not clean it looks like someone had sleep there and they didn't change the sheets, but everything else was nice and very convince at walking distance.

I would have given this property a higher rating if the initial check in process was more welcoming. As my son and I checked in, we were WARNED not to even bring any marijuana into the hotel or there would be a $300 cleaning deposit. The assumption that we were smokers or pot heads was insulting, especially after seeing an ashtray near the parking entrance filled with cigarretes butts and half smoked cigars...and how could they threaten a guest with a $300 cleaning fee with amount of dirt already accumulated in the corners of the bathroom floors? The breakfast was good if you like pork you'll have more options. It's a short drive to main street where the party is jumping and to the oceanfront where the views are spectacular. The room is small but good if you dont plan on spending a lot of time in it. We booked a double for 3 days and only spent about a total of 6 hours in the room.
