"Hey all, Be very careful when booking this hotel. They do not offer refunds under any circumstances. I accidentally booked this hotel and immediately requested a refund, but they refused. Even Expedia tried to help me get reimbursed and still couldn’t. I ended up booking another hotel on the same day through Expedia. They even asked me to write a review even though I never checked in. It’s surprising to see a hotel in the U.S. with such a strict no‑refund policy. Thanks,"

"If you are just looking for a place to sleep then this if for you. Anything more don't count on it. The hotel is super outdated bed makes sounds just sitting on. The shower sings a song when flowing, the water drains slowly in bathtub (I can only imagine whats underneath) Breakfast is a joke. Roku TV has no connection. I didnt even border login to wifi. You have been warned ⚠️"

"Front staff was so friendly and changed our room after we asked if our room was a long walk. I have mobility issues. They immediately offered to give us a closer room! Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Will stay there again without hesitation. "

"The front lobby looks great but the hotel rooms could be better. Although, it’s clean; however, the rooms specially where I stayed could have been improved or renovated. The closet doors wouldn’t close properly unless done certain manner. Bath rooms don’t have exhaust fan, which typically I guess of most hotels and there are old patches and cracks that could have been fixed. The pictures of the model rooms from the website is completely different and deceiving. Moreover, the rooms could have made it more sound proof because not only you can hear loud footsteps from above from but also noice from outside the building and inside the hallways. A disappointing. "
