“We had a lovely stay for one night at the Ashwood. Room was spacious and clean. AC unit and mini fridge worked very well. The bed was comfy, and it was dog friendly - so it ticked all the boxes for us. The owners were fantastic, super friendly - allowed us to sit on the patio area after the restaurant had closed, which was great for having some evening drinks and playing some cards. Very short drive into Bayfield, or about a 30mins walk. We would definitely stay again!”

“I didn’t enjoy staying at this property at all because the room was inconvenient, in which I didn’t like that the sink was located outside the washroom, and the sink was located close to the kitchen & coffee area in which that is not hygienic for the sink & coffee area to be close to each other. I’ve never seen any motels’ rooms with a sink outside the bathroom. I will never book this property again in the future.”

“I booked this as a mother looking for an affordable, easy family weekend. The kitchenette, BBQ, pool and hot tub were major reasons for choosing it, so we could cook, swim and relax without constantly spending money elsewhere.
