"Our stay was excellent. I even accidentally left my jacket hanging in the closet in our room. I didn't realize it until hours after check out. I called and the staff was on it! Luckily we were still in the area. The front desk lady located my jacket and had it waiting for me at the front desk when I arrived. Which I was very grateful for since it was pretty cold that day, especially for Hurricane! The hotel was very clean and well taken care of which I really appreciate!"

"The indoor pool was great but we tried to book the day before and bookings site messed up and kept charging us 3 time taking our money. You can not even get a live agent and the hotel said it happened a few time with other people same day they were sold out & still booked it through bookings. But the next day we did through Expedia without a issue . Enjoyed the indoor pool and good rate. "
