“We loved staying at the Anchor In! Set overlooking the harbor, it was a perfect getaway, close enough to the town of Hyannis, yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of tourists during peak season. Dale who managed the breakfast area was friendly and helpful in advising local excursions. The breakfast offered a selection of cereals, fruit, muffins, bagels and breakfast sandwiches. In addition an assortment of drinks, yogurts and snack bars were available. Coffee and cookies were available late……

“The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The bedsheets and bathroom were clean. Unfortunately the rooms are very musty and there were stains on the rug and on the walls. The paint was chipped on the walls and ceiling. They allow smoking on the walkway outside of the rooms and the smell was so strong from other people smoking that it felt like someone was blowing smoke in my face. It is a hotel with lots of potential. Owner should focus on doing simple cosmetic repairs to upgrade the……
