Great location, clean, beautiful pool , hot tub.

Our stay at Wequassett Resort and Golf Club was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by beauty, elegance, and exceptional hospitality. Our Premier Waterview Cottage was absolutely breathtaking. The accommodations were beautiful, luxurious, and exceeded our expectations in every way. Waking up to the stunning waterfront views made our stay even more special. The dining was equally impressive. Every meal was delicious, beautifully prepared, and a true reflection of the quality and care that went into every aspect of our experience. What truly set Wequassett apart, however, was the incredible staff. Each person we encountered went above and beyond to make our 30th anniversary celebration feel truly special. Their genuine warmth, thoughtfulness, and attention to every detail made us feel incredibly welcomed and cared for. Celebrating 30 years of marriage at such a beautiful and extraordinary resort was a memory we will treasure forever. Wequassett gave us far more than a wonderful vacation—it gave us an unforgettable celebration filled with beautiful moments, exceptional service, and memories we will cherish for years to come. We got a room at the Chapter House last minute and it was absolutely perfect for a place to stay after the beach and dinner. The staff was super welcoming and thorough with check in well they gave us a tour. Would definitely stay again!

The in room coffee maker made the weakest coffee we've had. They had a coffee machine in the lobby, but it was only marginally better. They did provide real glasses and coffee mugs. No microwave. Many of the light switches did nothing. One light bulb was burnt out. There was a nice ceiling fan in the main room, but only my husband, who's over 6'5," could reach the pull cord. We couldn't figure out how to change channels with either of the remote controls provided, so we didn't watch either of the two TVs. There was an enormous whirlpool tub that took over 30 minutes to fill high enough to use the jets. There was a regular tub and shower, but the water there only provided a shower; there was no way to change to a bathtub. The bed was pretty high off the ground, so I had to scramble to get up in it and slide down out of it, because I'm only 5'2". The housekeeping staff were very diligent. Once they even came in without knocking to change the towels and empty the trash. We appreciated the new towels and empty trash, but from then on we kept the extra locks engaged when we were in the room. There was no elevator and no breakfast. The blackout drapes were thick. The one window had an unattractive view of a roof and the backs of buildings. The main room, bathroom, and bedroom were all very generously sized! There was an electronic fireplace which was interesting, but there was no way to turn it off, so the red glow shone in the bedroom at night.
