“C'était parfait”

“Front desk staff person wasn't very friendly. We felt like we were bothering him. That was the start. The room was nice, but the a c was not working efficiently and the room was extremely humid. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the sheets and pillows seemed very cheap. The appearance overall was nice.However, So that's why we expected a better mattress better bedding ,snd better customer service. Also, the property says adults only. But there were kids running up and down the deck outside,……

“Establishment was super clean and staff was very nice and accommodating. I recommend this place if you want something clean, and that is very close to Main Street and the ferries.”

“Clean room and we'll appointed. The amenities (soap, shampoo, etc) were nice. We did not experience breakfast, which is across the parking lot in the Comfort Inn. Great location for walking to restaurant, JFK museum and docks. Free parking. Only complaint...the hairdryer has high and low speeds only. It took forever to dry my hair.”

“Overall we had a great stay here. The hot tub was out of use for a few days. We were there. The pool was nice though. Our room was spacious too. It was a little inconvenient not to have a microwave for our toddler in the room. Would recommend staying here.”

“Breakfast was a joke. We arrived at 9am for breakfast and everything was empty. It took over 40 minutes to get "some" food, The second morning was a little better but same food at every hotel we stopped at. No variety! Room was rather small. Hot tub was good, pool was average. The walks to the rooms were very long and difficult for someone with a cane. Parking was also a mess!”
