“I booked the incorrect property in an opposite direction that i was traveling and contacted the staff immediately after, but they refused the cancelation. My fault at first sure, but they should give a refund if you aren't staying there.”
“Need more cleaning and maintenance. The lobby and reception is not welcoming. During the check, we need to find the staff. We did dine once for dinner and there are a lot flies.”
“The resort lacks in providing free internet and television. The room allowed a large spider to enter through an unfinished hole in the wall. There is no cooking allowed inside the room which is an inconvenience. A microwave at least could have been present. There was no hot water present on site to properly clean ones self.”
“I drove 4 hours from Manila and this place was a fraud. The outdoor and beach Pictures look nothing like what is advertised. DO NoT waste you’re time booking this place The beach is rocky and bad sands an be to small I was very disappointed ”
