Nara Park Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Staff were friendly and helpful. I'd they couldn't give answer, they found someone who could. Onsen is amazing, but single. One note is it switches every day, one day females, one day males."

Shiroyama inn

"The staff were beyond friendly and hospitable! My friend staying with me was having medical issues and we were immediately offered help/accommodations in any way possible. The bath has a fantastic view over Nara, the property is nestled amongst some of the most beautiful scenery I’ve ever seen, our room was very cozy, and the breakfast in the morning left us full and satisfied. Somehow in a Country other than my home, I felt right at home. If I ever come back to Japan, I’d be remiss if I didn’t stay here again. Best stay of my vacation, no competition! Thank you again, from the USA! 🇺🇸❤️❤️❤️"

JW Marriott Hotel Nara

"The staff members were wonderful: Lester and Jonathan/Check - in very quick & Silk Road Dining staff breakfast with on point! The only thing could be better was the one hour swimming time & having to make a reservation for it. That was strange and awkward. My phone was a problem and I was sure if it went through!"

HOTEL ROCCO - Adults Only

8/10 Good

"Room is old but clean, it's typical love hotel style. In room dining is available. You can use the payment ATM nxt to the door before checkout to settle by cash or card, instructions are in Japanese. Per usual love hotel you will be locked in once you are in the room, dial 9 and ask staff to open door if you need to leave the room. Car park is on level 1, you need to use stairs to get to room passing the reception. Hotel is on a slope so it's a bit challenging to stop and ask for instructions when we arrive. Other than that the staff are very helpful and they had instructions already translated in English printed for tourists who do not know the system. Room is large and toiletries are amazing and ladies can even use hair curler and other products. Overall good value and comfortable for 1-2 nights if you don't mind the style of stay."
